Grand at Polaris

Amazing amenities, great staff clean community. Beautiful apartments. Move in process was simple and fast, from time I decided to rent until I got the keys was less than 24 hours. You wont find a better place in Lewis center.

Move out Update: Moving out of Grand-At-Polaris was a breeze thanks to the efficiency of the Champion team (Lindsey, Sam, Gage & Emerson). Champion team remains true to their name. Their young and friendly team were always understanding and to work with. The move-out checklist was clear and easy to follow, and the final inspection was conducted promptly and professionally (and friendly at the same time). Emerson and Gage were understanding and flexible when it came to scheduling the inspection around my moving timeline. On the move out as well, our friendly chat continued. Overall, the move-out process was stress-free and positive, reflecting the professionalism and helpfulness I experienced throughout my tenancy at Grand At Polaris. I will miss the Champions. Original 2023 review: I'm extremely impressed with the people and service at Champion Properties. I even visited properties managed by other companies to find a reason not to choose Champion, but I couldn't. I visited three Champion properties and would have happily chosen any of them. The Champion team was able to complete my application in one day and made the move-in process really smooth. They were more than just property managers with rules and regulations; they were also thoughtful and helpful friends who shared their ideas with me. They even recommended other Champion properties based on my future schooling needs for my young child, without hesitation. The gym and break-out areas at Grand At Polaris are very well maintained, and the printer has been helpful on more than one occasion. The maintenance team is also very cooperative and friendly, which is the icing on the cake. Overall, I highly recommend living at Grand At Polaris and other Champion properties.

Worst place I have ever lived. The staff changes very frequently so you never know who you will be talking to. The rules only apply to certain tenants. In addition my lease ended on the 15th of the month and they made me pay until the 23rd. The pool was always disgusting. Water was always cloudy and slimy. If I could give zero stars I would. It was wonderful for the first year I lived there. Staff was amazing and responsive. Not sure what happened when staff changed but it has gone downhill.
