        The team at Lake Club is truly amazing. They are always so helpful and friendly. The property is always well kept and it is all around a great community to live in. Would definitely recommend.

        This place is extremely overpriced for the quality of the apartment itself. The staff is very friendly and the leasing office is nice, but the apartments are built extremely cheap and for obvious reasons the staff will not address that the place is subpar construction. The floors creak, squeak and bang when anyone moves. It sounds like the floors could give way at any moment. Your neighbors might as well be your roommates because you will hear them do everything. Not sure there is any insulation in the entire building. Was really disappointed after moving in given the appearance from the outside. Wouldnt recommend living here for the price, quality, or atmosphere. looks nice from afar but very very cheap.

        The floors in this place are so weak I think they used tooth picks. My neighbor above takes a step it sounds like they are going to fall through the floor. I cant take this anymore !!!!!!!! Do not take a bottom apartment. Only take a top if you dont care if your neighbors below will hate you!!!! This place is a disaster!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Renter beware!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is definitely no insulation in the walls as well. They also use huge air conditioning fans on the outside of the apartment to blow air into the furnace during the winter. blowing freezing air into a furnace to get your apartment warm . Unreal place!!!!! #regret#dontsign#worstplacestostay

        Lake Club (Brittany) was such a relief after having a bad experience in our prior residence. The move in process was made very easy, quick, and smooth compared to what we had went through previous to living here. We couldnt have picked a better community to live in! Thank you Champion! Especially thank you to Brittany for answering all questions and concerns and making this a pain free transition! :)

        Lake club (Brittany) really took the time to really dig deep and show us the benefits of making the move here they made it easy as possible and the apartments are so clean and nice for the price its really worth it and me and my partner was in after just a week or less very nice and polite people in the office 10/10 Recommend!

With apartment living, from time to time you may hear your neighbors since you do share some walls. However, we ask that residents respect quiet hours between the hours of 10pm and 7am. We established this time frame based off of common residential quiet hours. As for your HVAC system, we would be more than happy to have one of our technicians come over to check it out.
