The are very bias Dan the bank manager is extremely unethical !!

I viisted this site to some information and I looked at the reviews. I noticed that when i looked at 2-stars and less if I clicked the "was this helpful" little hand negative it reduced the number of people that had found it helpful (example 5 down to 4) when I clicked the positive hand it added it to the total(example 5 to 6). This shows me not to trust this Branch/Bank.

Received some pretty terrible notary service across the street at UPS. The clerk actually told me to go across the street and use the bank. I must admit, I havent stepped foot inside a bank for years so once I did that, I was greeted by a very welcoming teller! From there, she told me she would have Tabatha provide the service for free. As I sat awaiting Tabatha, who was already on a customer call, the branch manager herself came out to ask if she could assist! I was a bit blown away by that and she helped me with the notary in no time. She took a moment to explain some of the financial options I had with my account and I was on my way. Great service and it helps set the tone when no task is too small for the boss.

I have been coming here for about 8 years now. Diane, the manager, is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She recognizes you on sight and always has a moment to chat. Daniel was great to work with recently, and all of the tellers have been very friendly, professional, and speedy. I would recommend this bank branch to anyone.
