Dollar Bank

Miserable. Towed in 15 minutes after running into the Beer Engine to pickup food. The owner wastes his time away watching his cameras on a Friday night calling the tow company. Based on the other reviews Ive seen about his actual business (forgot his parking sham), I wouldnt touch this place with a ten foot pole.

BEWARE OF HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Owner towed my car while I was at his bank. He cant stand cars hurting his precious concrete.

Unfortunately, had a poor experience when trying to extract money after 2 years of inactivity. Although I am not a minor, they required my parents to drive from South Carolina to sign paperwork. Would not recommend this back if you travel out of state.

I currently bank with Dollar Bank. I regret leaving when i was employed by one of the big CLE banks. Dollar is a smaller bank but I find there service to be outstanding. The only need they were unable to meet as quickly as I'd hoped was for foreign currency. I find their fee schedule to be reasonable. The online banking app almost always gets the job done and if not, staff is attentive and responsive and location is convenient.

What A RACKET !!! NEVER EVER PARK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR STOLEN ! My husband and children and parked in a larger parking lot 'near' Dollar Bank along a fence with NO SIGN mentioning illegal parking, with other cars parked there as well. There was a sign directly behind Dollar Bank, so we knew not to park there. After a quick 45 min dinner before the Cavs game our car was towed ?!?!?!?!? The tow trucks were literally posted up on the corner chuckling to themselves. They had the nerve to explain the sign behind Dollar Bank over 100 ft away referred to the other parking area ?!?!!?!? Are you kidding me ?????As both of my two children were crying in the parking lot thinking our car was stolen, traumatized and had to miss a majority of the CAVS game, no sympathy was shown except by the Uber driver. We then had to pay 185.00 and Uber ride fees to get our vehicle back !!!! Dollar Bank what you are doing to people is 100% ethically and morally wrong. To hang your had on setting up some kind of system rigged against innocent people and their families just to steal their money and vehicles is disgusting. I will be doing everything in my power to bring this to the attention of the City of Lakewood and anyone else who has suffered at the hands of Dollar Bank and Kuffner Towing ! You should all be ashamed of yourselves, getting away with this !
