Citizens

Was here today with my elderly mother. This time as well as last time they can't help me here... I can go down the street to the other Citizens. Only one person in the bank and one employee. I will go down the street to a different bank company with mom's money. I left Citizens years ago due to fees. Saved myself thousands over the years. They can't handle real life.

I really like Citizens as a bank. I went in regarding lending products and Alex was very helpful, as well as they had competitive products. Id recommend this branch and bank.

Went in to address a fraud problem, I was kind of annoyed that I couldnt report from the website. I was a little ticked off but decided to approach the situation with a smile. I was really impressed by the ease at which the teller was able to help me and his friendliness. Good experience and I feel like the teller did more than I would have had done for me at other banks Ive used.
