        Curbside is non-functional. Save your time. Even when u have issues if you check in and its taking a long time they give you a number to call. I get that, ok. The extension provided is fake. Doesnt exist. So the main number rang and rang. I eventually went in. I mentioned the bad extension, guy said he knew about it and said he saw the phone ringing. So what are customer supposed to do? Some people use this feature at HD for convenience. Others because they have kids or dog or family in the car so they schedule a pickup.
