Worst Lowes I have ever been to a M a small business owner handyman Im partner with Menards and Home Depot Usually I get my material at Home Depot or Menards. Sometimes I go to Lowes and when I went to this one three different time because were doing work in the area and only Lowes is close three different occasions within a month the self check out lady is all over me 2 inches away to the point where I asked her excuse me and she said I am doing my job. Then she blocked me from paying right in front of my face saying shes doing her job. Then another employee comes and defends her and says shes doing her job which at that point I was very mad because no standing in my personal space an inch in my face is not doing your job you can be at least 3 feet away and watch me even though Im not doing anything wrong. So at this point, I was very upset because she was not moving because I was trying to get the heck out of there. Im just trying to pay and she wouldnt let me nobody accuse me of stealing even though thats how they acted in the lady gets a young boy that walks by that works there like hes going to throw me out or something and he didnt care. Its just wow what harassed I got at the store I guess they get so robbed so much that they harass every person in there

Hamilton Lowe's is the worst when it comes to customer service for contractors. I spend thousands of dollars at Lowe's, but will only go threw the Hamilton when I absolutely have too. Every time I go to pick up an order I get sent back and forth through the store. It breaks down to one person or the other just doesn't want to do the job. I'm a contractor and don't have time to spend an hour just to pick up an order or walking a mile in the process from pro desk to service desk or vise versa also prices at this store always seem to be higher then I get the whole we don't compare prices to other Lowe's.
