Absolutely the best place in Cincinnati to buy a vehicle. I specifically came in looking for something that was used but still reliable and I got exactly what I wanted and then some. They were able to work with my finances and found a way to put me in the vehicle that I actually wanted. Zach Meyers was my salesman and he was 100% good business and a pleasure to work with. Will recommend everyone I know to come here. My last 2 vehicle purchases were nightmares, so this was a big deal for me that I actually got a nice running vehicle this time around. Thank you Toyota!

To performance Toyotas response below: No way! We completely ruled out having anything to do with performance Toyota and even looked away from vehicles whose records showed they had been serviced at performance Toyota after reading the reviews. It is clear both in the reviews and from personal experience number one top priority is nowhere near any customer. Watch out for their fraudulent business as well as their outright rudeness. Horrible experience, nearly got hit by one employee driving one of the vehicles, left, called to make an appointment to drive a car in a couple hours. When we arrived, they told us it would be a while (another 20 minutes) past the appointment time, because an employee was using it to run errands. The sales person insisted on going with us (taking away from the experience completely) and her parking job bringing it to the building explained the beat up LR side panel. Also, stretchy yoga pants are not an appealing welcome. Considering I have a 2023 Camry, I wished to show my family what I have enjoyed for a year now. I was absolutely miserable at the difference from this experience.

Had one of the best in person car buying experiences ever here. Richard is knowledgeable and friendly sales man without feeling pushy. He listened to our needs found us a great car and once we test drove it with him we were sold. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you go see these sales reps in person, you will get a better deal than if you just buy online.
