Place is super chill and quiet. Management office are so helpful and friendly. Maintenance is prompt and can help anytime. 5 starts well earned and deserved.

I've lived here for 21 years and enjoyed great memories at Scioto Commons. The location is great with all the shops on Sawmill and the new Dublin Bridge Park within walking distance. Always had good communication with Terry and the front office, when maintenance issues would come up they were fixed same day!

A marvellous place to live in , cozy, clean and tidy, very nice administration including Terry and everyone else Particularly James who taks care of the residents, very responsive and solves the problem on spot ... very nice person and a great asset to Scioto Commons

I have lived here for 12 years. Ive seen reviews regarding poor communication with the leasing office/management/maintenance. I couldnt disagree more. I have never had communication issues, especially with the current management. Even when the communication is unfavorable to me, its there, and it is clear and honest. I appreciate the transparency. I know people get mad because notices are left on doors when maintenance is coming for their annual inspection, or if there is a blanket notice going out, for example, cleaning up after pets. What do people want them to do, personally knock on every residence door to provide information? This is a good place to live. I wish it had amenities, but thats fine, its not a deal breaker. Overall, the leasing office is open for communication and they welcome it. That has always been my experience.
