The staff here is extremely friendly. Contacted them with a pretty concerning work order. The understood the severity and got to my residence immediately. They care about the residents and their experience. Ill definitely be renewing my lease.

Nice complex, but ungodly loud residents. Haven't slept more than 4-5 hours per night for the 4 months I've been here Update, the leasing office helped out with the noise complaints and everything has been good for the past few months!

We have lived here for over a year and really love it. Havent had any problems, except with the trash service pick up but I just talk to the trash rep and he handles that for us. The office and maintenance have been great if we have needed anything. Very nice community with great neighbors! Family and friends who come over always says how nice it is. Great place for our dog too. We really enjoy living here!

Sorry but not sorry the complex looks good online but when you visit, its like a maximum prison - concrete everywhere and no trees or grass (2) its too far away from civilization no grocery stores or nail salons anywhere nearby. (3) hallways are too narrow. (4) you have to drive to the rental office for your mail or to go swimming. And finally, as a successful, single black woman, I did not feel welcome. Both Madison and her supervisor were very cold and distant. Very unwelcoming. So stay in your lane Black folks!
