The only thing that you see regarding housing complexes are negative reviews, so I am here to leave a POSITIVE one. My boyfriend and I were wanting to find a townhome with some garage space, and Dublin Park seemed like a good fit for us. We went in person & Peta greeted us with kindness and a big smile. We toured the beautiful townhomes and were sure thats where we wanted to start our lives together. We applied that same night and were approved a few days later. We were so excited. After all, I had been living in a one bedroom apartment with my two dogs, so more space was going to be amazing! I am totally type A about everything and needed to have a plan, so my boyfriend encouraged us to go in person to talk to them to make sure they had a unit for us. Not only did they have a unit, they let us pick our unit and which one we thought would be better fitting for us and our dogs! We have a huge piece of green land in front of us to let our dogs out & we dont have to worry about much traffic :) The night that we had moved in, the heat went out and it was cold. We called maintenance and they were there to fix it within 10 minutes!!! Any time we have had a minor maintenance issue, the staff is so professional and kind!!! We thank everyone so much & could not ask for a better place to live!!!

Absolutely the worst place Ive ever lived. Management is terrible, adding random charges all the time. Maintenance takes weeks if not months, even on critical tasks. We were without AC for 3 months in the summer and asked for help dozens of times, and only when we threatened to escrow our rent was it fixed. We went over a week without heat in the winter, waited multiple days for someone to check on a gas leak, and have been without a dishwasher for almost 3 weeks now with little to no communication on what is wrong or when things will be fixed or even looked at. Maintenance has even stolen from us, and this is just a few of the issues weve had. Office folks are impossible to get a hold of. Appliances are old and break often, or simply dont work well, and the area bad as well. My roommate had his ignition stolen from his car which was parked on the premises. Cannot stress enough that you should not live here. We are currently looking for a new place

BE AWARE : If I could give this apartment complex a 0/5 I would. ON MOVE IN DAY: I wanted to give the bad reviews benefit of the doubt because I understand some tenants are just envious and write bad reviews because they didn't get their way. I was wrong. Believe those reviews. I was supposed to move in April 6th, and I did everything in my power to stay up to date with information and again I understand folks get busy. 2 weeks prior to getting approved, they get a message from corporate that would impact my decision on the apartment given, best believe they didn't tell me ANY of this information until my MOVE IN DAY. Of course when I get to the unit that I couldn't even tour because they were "cleaning and updating it" so when I first see the unit im going to be moving in at, it was a mess, Stains everywhere, countertops are missing pieces from it, doors to upstairs wash unit are falling on my father in which they told us "sorry they put the wrong bolt on it" (indicating that there was never a walk through before they tried selling". Fast forwarded I told them Im not moving in that unit and they tried to upsell me the "gold" unit which went from 1445 for classic to the "only gold available " at $1775, which wouldn't be ready until Wednesday, Saturday at the latest. Mind you Im moving out my old apartment straight into this apartment so I can't magically pop up housing until the middle of the week. They then said they could move me in the day off into the "brand new unit for $1920.00 month LOL tried to upsell me a brand new apartment with $100 off for inconvenience. This was THE WORSE experience I've ever had in Columbus with greedy leasing companies BY FAR. I do appreciate Hannah for semi working with me, but trying to make money off your staff mistakes is INSANE . Melissa , I hope you find that new career you told me you're looking for because property management and sales is not your specialty by far. Your mistakes impact people outside of what you deal with within your 9-5. You guys couldn't even provide me a move-in letter until the day before at 6pm with move in cost and an address. To future residents, I hope you really take the reviews serious because I couldn't even sign a lease before their true colors came out. The WANT THE MONEY AND IF ITS NOT ABOUT MONEY, YOU WILL BE PUT ON THE BACKBURNER. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I will be taking this up with corporate, let see if they give any care to how their employees treat everyday tax payers.

I would like everyone to know the times I've been in the office everyone has been very helpful and friendly. As a long time resident I appreciate that. I'd also like to give Natalie a shout-out from maintenance. She always does an excellent job.

I have lived here since 2008 and this is by far thee worst management team. Chris, the maintenance supervisor is great but the rest of the staff are horrible. They are unsupportive and condescending. They do not answer the phone or return messages causing you to go in person and hope the door isnt locked. I complained about my Amazon package being misplaced by contractors they hired and was told to contact Amazon. Some maintenance issues are completely ignored. They simply collect the rent and take any interest in any tenant issues. You are really treated like it is a privilege for you to live there. They just got a new Manager because the last one was so hostile and combative that the police was called repeatedly. At one point , the residents were not permitted to go to the office and had to call and of course they werent answering the phone. My heat went out and the maintenance worker relit the pilot and left. I didnt have heat for 2 weeks at the end of 2023. Then the water heater went out, but was thankfully fixed the next day. There are rats and possums that roam the property at night. The parking is terrible and nothing is done about it. Do not move here, you will definitely regret it!
