She explained every step of the process, and helped us along the way with everything. We had tons of annoying questions that she never made us feel silly about. Even after closing we reached out to her with some questions and she answers right away and is also extremely kind and patient. Could not recommend more highly!! I have worked with several realtors in Columbus and nobody comes anywhere close to having the honesty, integrity, knowledge, and professionalism that Jason has. Jason went above and beyond to help me sell my home and was very patient and polite through some of the difficulties along the way. I had tried to sell the house the year before but had a woeful agent who simply put my house on the market and waited for offers to roll in, with little knowledge of the area nor the appropriate pricing for it. Jason was the complete opposite: we had video conference calls where he presented me with detailed reports and analysis and explained all this with clarity. He was in regular communication with me through every step of the way. Jason is one of the few people in this business that I trust in Columbus.
