great realtor would, she helped me out when i had just moved to Ohio, and I would have had a much worse moving experience without her :)

If I could give zero stars, I would. Kim, as a buyer, backed out of a sale on the day of closing because she was embarrassed she couldn’t get lending. As a realtor, she should know how awful this is. I would be weary that she has any basic comprehension of Ohio real estate laws and regulations.

Kim Barrett has been awesome to me as a new investor in the Columbus area. She is very savvy about the market and the trends. She is always available to answer questions. 10 out of 10!!! I will continue using her as long as I am in this market.
