My Experience Description: Grand! . I had an exceptional experience with Ms. Johnson ! Her professionalism, market knowledge, dedication and especially her resources made the entire process smooth. She was very attentive to my needs, even when they changed throughout the purchase. Negotiated effectively, figuring out how to solve my problems and still keep more money (even speculated earnings on if I spent more). And even when there were tough patches with the seller, and the property was vandalized, she worked with the seller to make sure of a good remedy that was a win-win for everyone. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a top-notch real estate professional. Five stars all the way!

Success in a challenging market! Vanessa is the best example of realtor excellence that I have personally experienced. We have worked with her several times to sell and/or purchase homes and each time she has not disappointed. She is honest, ethical, and transparent in her actions. We hadnt purchased property in many years and everything wed heard about the current real estate market was true: limited availability, bidding wars, high loan interest rates. These factors created some unexpected challenges, yet, throughout the process, she listened to us and responded with knowledgeable factual information, patience, and guidance that got us to closing.
