        This is the worst place ever to be able to talk to a person about your need. We had to have our windshield replaced and noticed a leaking story short I had to have my insurance company provide me a dispatch number to talk to a live agent needless to say they don't repair the leak they have a different system for that . Going to take 7 days before we can take it to be repaired but they don't know how long they'll have my car. Never again.

        One star because zero stars isn't an option. Listen to the one star reviews on here- I should've listened to them and gone somewhere else. No one, not a soul, called or text to inform me my car was ready. Dropped it off at 9:15 am & ended up getting stuck with it there overnight. Took me 45 minutes, 7 different phone numbers, & one customer service rep before I could even get ahold of a real person at the shop. Honestly, I expected better with the SafeLite brand but this shop doesn't uphold the name. Horrible "service" if you even call it that. Go to another glass repair shop & don't waste your time here.

        The individual I worked with was nice, but going from a small crack to be filled to having to replace an entire windshield due to Safelite's work is extremely disappointing.

        Windshield install itself was fine. However after installing it they called and told me that they dont have the ability to recalibrate my collision avoidance system and I need to take the car to the dealer. They also requested that I sign a waiver stating that they are not liable even though they disabled the system. I asked if they could just tow it to a dealer and they refused. Had I known this before I would have just had the dealer do the install to begin with. Now I have to make an extra trip, and also not have any of these features operating while I wait for the dealer to get me in. The next issue is they put .4 miles on my car, I know its not much but why did they drivers it? I see no reason. I worry because its a performance type vehicle and it really makes me wonder what they did.
