Beller's Glass Service

We ordered a front window for the damaged living room in November and was advised it would take two weeks to get in. We waited about a month then was advised that had to wait due to the weather and that it had put him a little behind. On February 8 he said he would pick it up next week. After requesting updates he finally answered on February 22 advising he would be at the suppliers the next day. On February 27 I was told still no glass and he thinks it was not ordered. He said either him or the supplier will reach out regarding window/ refund. Because the glass is damaged I can not wait and requested a refund. I have requested updates and still have not heard back about my $400 required deposit back in November. 3/20 still have not heard about my $400 refund .

This is the worst company to contact for any window repairs. First of all he canceled and rescheduled to complete 1 window about 5 times. He was unprepared. The first time he left broken glass everywhere. Took him forever to come out the second time and finish the job. Then he did a terrible job and now I have to hire a real professional to come out and complete the task. Again, how this company is even in business is beyond me. Avoid this company at all cost if you take your business seriously.

Called Beller's Glass based on the google reviews. Had a broken window, I called to inquire if he could fix it. Took a picture, sent it, he gave me an immediate response and price. He came out the same day replaced it and another window we hadn't even discussed. Both windows repaired quickly and efficiently! I appreciate the quick response and same day service. I'll be calling in the future when needed. Thanks Jason!
