When I arrived, they started the work immediately and it was done in about 2 hrs. The window looks beautiful.
Now, for the criticism..
When I got home, I opened the hatch and there was a whole bunch of broken glass on the frame of the car between the body and the hatch. The guy said he had vacuumed, but now I'm not so sure. The glass was easily accessible with a vacuum.
So I will go in and get it all sucked up but I have to admit, it put a huge damper on my otherwise good experience.
