I have experienced 1-7 hour waits just to get a bed in the ER. Then anywhere from 3-8 hours to get a bed in the hospital. Takes a while to answer call lights. However, it can be because how many people keep flowing in with medical issues, including emergencies, and they just dont have the beds. You may want to try ER hospitals in central Ohio that have many, many, many more beds if you cant wait at all.

This place is a ZOO with no keeper. It's an absolute mess. I have never felt so disgusted in my entire life with a health facility of any kind. Been here with my daughter since a little after 4pm. It's now 10:05 pm. 6 hours and no idea when she'll be seen. I understand that test results take time. I understand how busy and short staffed most places are. I get it and I'm the most agreeable and patient person when it comes to treating staff well anywhere I go. Which is why Im typing a review instead of blowing up. This place would push anyone over the edge. The staff are obviously overwhelmed and aggravated...they need help. The nurse who took my daughters blood stuck her 3 times. I watched her do the worst, most painful thing you can do while taking blood: move the needle around under the skin searching for a vein instead of starting over with a clean needle. 3 times this happened while my teenager cried and eventually had to throw up in the middle of the process. The nurse was obviously grossed out and annoyed. It's part of her job to hide that and if she's unable, she's in the wrong field. As she angrily stomped over to get a fresh butterfly needle kit, she let out an audible sigh and my daughter looked at me and actually said "Im sorry" like she felt as if she had done something wrong . They call names out and you can't hear over all the riff raff in the waiting room. You go up to ask if they called your daughters name to make sure you're not skipped over after 6 hours and you're rudely told that they can't tell you that. Even after I explained that no one on that side of the waiting room can hear the names called. My daughter, who has thrown up twice now, was being watched by the woman behind the desk as she chatted with another staff member. I had to wait in line to ask what I should do with an open bag of puke. Yeah. She tells me to "just throw it in the trash." The open trash can that's in the middle of the waiting area. AN OPEN BAG OF VOMIT. It stunk up the entire area. Lazy and unsanitary. This place is out of control and this many 1 star reviews over a long period of time SCREAMS that this place needs an overhaul. New administration. More training. A deep clean. SOMETHING. The only clear organization was the security guard up front. I am enraged. I feel sick to my stomach. I've been to ERs where I had to wait many hours and I didn't get angry bc I could clearly see they were doing their best. Even when Im unsatisfied with a place, its rare that I take the time to post a negative review. But this place has so many issues. Steer clear of it. If I thought filing a formal complaint would do any good...I'll get an automated reply to this telling me to fill out a feedback form like every other 1 star review. The lack of empathy, care and cleanliness is beyond words. The carelessness is straight up dangerous.

Checked my mother-in-law in at 5:30 pm with possible UTI infection. It's now 3:30 am and after 10 hours, we're still waiting for a Dr to deliver the full battery of test results. Excuse is "No Beds", but why is a bed necessary for a consult? This place is a major joke for an emergency facility.
