Can someone from management please contact me? I would like the camera reviewed and someone to please contact me. Thank you. **Update the nurse who assaulted is named Paula M. When visiting this hospital a disgruntled nurse named Paula M terrorized and abused me after learning I had autism. She repeatedly stabbed at me with medical equipment when I attempted to guide her she smacked my hand (photos of the marks on my tiktok). She refused to allow registration in the room after I pleaded with her to get another nurse. I was hysterically crying and begged for another nurse because she was hurting me. She explained that the entire hospital thought I was ridiculous and it was her or no one. The doctor entered the room and I attempted to explain to him what she had been doing but he also became aggressive.(which I know now is because Paula M lied to the staff) The nurse stormed back in the room and told the doctor to leave as she could handle it. I called my mom on video and hid my phone and told the nurse I wanted a different nurse. She threw her hands at me and yelled I can't with you! Then threw her hands up in the air and screamed I don't want to be here. When I was discharging she told me that she was writing in my paperwork that I punched her. I gasped and laughed because I thought she was joking which only further angered her. She said do you know I could make you lose your child!? I told her to go get a security guard and she refused. She said she would call the police and I said please do because you assaulted me and I have a mark and showed her my hand. She said that was just from her holding me down when I was struggling to get away from her. My mom told me to leave and not to hang up until I was safe in my car. I dressed and told registration on the way out that "that nurse hit me she has something seriously wrong with her I will got to another hospital". I left. Both the doctor and the nurse falsified medical records based on the nurse's lies. If you have been abused by this woman at this hospital I urge you to get legal help. I have contacted the hospital twice I'm an attempt to have them investigate in to this dangerous woman. The video I posted to my TikTok and I will provide updates if the hospital steps up to investigate. I will absolutely be filing assault charges. This woman used her position of power to abuse a disabled person. If you find this nurse on tiktok please tag her to my video. I hope that with the support of the community we can get the hospital to take action!!

Ive been here multiple times and they never disappoint. Great staff, times always great and they make me feel like I can be myself.

Dont recommend going here, was in a car crash no major injuries. Tried to charge me almost $2000, no xrays, medication or anything. Told me I was fine. Nothing even stating what the $2000 was for. Really scummy in my opinion.

Honestly, Ive never felt more disrespected than what I did here! Was deadname in the waiting room in front of 8 ish people. Doctor came in to look at a cut I had in my finger when I was just worried about it being infected and over hear her say that looks like a scratch! Who comes in to the ER with a scratch! Honestly she was right, it was healing, but I was working with metal and was afraid I got some in the cut, and also worried that it was tangling and numb. But instead I got belittled because I was worried about an infection. Honestly, just never felt respected there! And if youre in the LGBTQ I would be surprised if they respected anyone that walks in there. Deadnaming someone in front of people was the worst feeling and then me saying to you I have a preferred name on there! And you come back with, well it say **** so thats what I called you! WOW!! Very disrespectful, and people should be treated with respect. Now the lady that did the intake, was super nice I apologize for coming to the ER when I tried to go to the urgent care but I didnt have my ID and wouldnt let me in. And then the gentleman that gave me my shot at the end was super nice. But the REST was just sad!
