Wait time is very high.. I came at 9:30pm and waited till 2:00 Am. Be prepared to wait for more than 5hrs. Ask for waiting time before you checkin. This is not an emergency hospital its long waiting hospital.. Once the waiting is over, the treatment is good .. nurses and doctors treated well

One of the best ERs Ive seen. Everyone was very personable and professional. We came on a Saturday morning and they got us in right away. Their wait times can be viewed on the My Chart app and you can message them that you are on your way and describe your issue.

Been waiting since 3pm..10/31... it's 9:15pm.. all I had was a EKG..XRAY ON MY RIGHT FOO CHEST PAIN SINCE 3:15 AM..I'M RECOVERING FROM A CAR ACCIDENT..I HAD 4 BROKEN RIBS AND CALSPE LUNG..BRIUSED PELVIS.. I'M GOING TO ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR

I have been here over 3 hours with my daughter. The bathroom in the waiting room is filthy. Most hospitals pride themselves on cleanliness,but not this place. There is a guy here who is really sick, but other people were taken to rooms before him. It sounded like he was puking. Finally, a triage nurse came out to assist. Front desk staff are not always there. I have no idea where they go. This is ridiculous. We have been in the waiting room for over 4 hours now. People walk in and get taken back immediately. They don't even look sick. There is a lady here with covid and really high blood pressure. That is what she told us. They just told her she isn't an emergency. Even if she has mental issues, that is no way to talk to a patient. Waiting for 5 hours now. Who in tbe heck runs this department? It is lacking on respect for patients and efficiency. Does JCAHO visit this place? Dr. Clark and the resident were really good. They were the best thing about this place
