I typically go to Grove City location and Aryin and Rachel has always followed up also (i forget their names the woman with braids and the man with glasses and pony tail). As a small business owner I feel they care not just pass me off even if I come in in yoga pants. They have been efficient and thorough. I Love them!

My credit union experience has been great, but my visa debit replacement has been so slow that it has caused me financial difficulties. I am debating going to another financial institution. I hopethis encourages change. Thanks. GOD Bles

If zero was an option... I was a Col Metro member for over 30 years. The merger was a complete joke. I could spend hours writing about the entire experience, but let me be get to the point. They have impacted my credit score (over 85 pts), they have cost me money on loans etc. I contacted the CEO, the chief communications person made a horrible attempt to reply... and blame me. Go look at how many reviews I have done, I usually let things go. This one makes me so mad. Please avoid them at all costs.
