The prices are just too damn high. Also, if the deal (called "Offers") on my phone app didn't work after you scan it, why tell the customer, as if they are supposed to accept that? No, you just make it work - manager override or whatever it takes. Don't act like you're going to ask me to accept the deal not working. Just no, that's not OK. If I come to your restaurant because of some special you can't be asking me to pay full price. Even WITH the promotion the price is STILL too high, but it's the only place that's so close to my work so I'll still go there sometimes despite that.

Stopped here on the way out of town, hoping to get some FAST food from the drive-through. The black iced coffee tasted like someone ran just water through an old dirty coffee maker. We ordered a wrap and avocado toast, waited about 30 minutes, and received two of the saddest wraps ever around. It was wrong on multiple levels. I gave it a chance, and I learned my lesson.
