        I was a patron at the subway eating my lunch, the employees from the Tim hortons were playing their rap music so loud that I asked them to turn it down and they just didnt, it was screaming into the dining room of subway thats how loud it was. Its ridiculous to think this place is running without any management and has no one to contact with issues or problems with the order and the owner/ operator of this store doesnt care bc we all can read the horrible review the employees get here. Which means this store is an issue and shouldnt waste your money on it. The staff is a waste and so is the business coming here. Subway was great tho! Thank you to the subway employees! They were on the other hand lovely! And will be returning to spend money just because I was respected and didnt screw my order. So if you dont read this and spend your money here and read this after. Then Im so sorry :(

        Finally got a Tim's close to me and it's only open from 6am till 11am!!!! The site says they close at 5, and the store sigh says 2,!!!

        I am a regular here during the week. Today, I had such a bad experience that I won't be back. I use the app and take advantage of the offers such as 2 for $5 Farmers Wraps, etc. Today I wanted to use the 2 for $3 French Vanilla and hot chocolate deal. The lady at the speaker told me it's online only. It did not say "mobile orders only," as some offers do from time to time. The lady kept interrupting me and spoke in a rude tone, repeating that the coupon was online orders only. When I got to the window, I was greeted by a different lady and tried explaining the issue to her. She closed the drive thru window in my face. When she gave me my order (the coupon WAS valid in store), she said rudely "Next time, order it back there because we're on a timer!" If you'd educate your employees about the offers in the app, it wouldn't have been an issue. Don't make me feel rushed and treat me poorly because YOU messed up.

        Employees were inside the store window smoking weed fir 15 minutes. Wouldnt open the window because it was too cold to give me my order
