        They don't know how to run the business. They charge $0.70 for a cup of water. And when you try to use the coupons they don't work and they make you pay full price. They made the order after us first and 4 people just stood around while we were waiting.

        We did not like the coffee. We tried an Americano and a latte. The coffee flavor is distinctive but not appealing.
