They are terrible with customer service and they said they went through all my clothes and didnt because it was a certain way I put them in that I took a pic and lied and said it was dingy and they all had tags never worn they are very lazy and rude

If I could do no stars I would. Beware these people STEAL. I brought a whole box of clothing and was told I would be contacted in a few days, they were really backed up. I waited almost 2 WEEKS for a call, a text, anything. I got nothing. I finally called back and asked what was going on and they said they have nothing in their system that says I dropped off stuff and they dont have anything. So they took all my clothes I gave them with no compensation. Will never shop here again.

The first few times i dropped off were pleasant. I know how the buying-in process goes because i worked at Uptown Cheapskate in high school which is the same concept, so when i drop off i am not looking for absurd amounts of money, i want to free up space and know my babies brand new or gently used items will be sold for very good prices for moms/families in need! And i usually donate the rest. The time before last, i stopped in and they told me it would be a few days wait and of course thats okay and i expected it from how busy they usually are and again doing their job myself Well, it was over a week, no call or email or any notice it was ready. So, I called and asked and after being told they couldnt find my things in the system, was on hold for 10+ minutes and then was told theyd call me back I got a call a few hours later and they had found it, I came to pick up and they told me they couldnt find the rest of my items they didnt take? They gave me close to nothing for the items they did take but claim they probably donated the rest? Without consent. whether it is company policy to donate things after so many days, I was not notified my items were ready so therefore that was not my fault and they did it without consent, and also without me breaking their policy. I didnt want to take anything home anyway but I just wish I could have had the chance to choose to donate it myself, or take to another location. Brushing off that incident I went back a few months later and their buy counter was closed, again understandable, but atleast make an instagram post so selling customers dont come in. Coming back again today, after weeks, i checked their instagram and again, no post saying the buy counter is closed. I carried in a large box, was stared at, and then told the counter is closed until Saturday. Stared at leaving AGAIN, no help with the door or anything. Lack of decent management, organization and customer service skills is why I am writing this review, I will be trying another location from now on!
