Once Upon A Child

Went in there to return some clothes from Florence that was a gift and the lady tried to tell me I couldnt return it because it would go back on that card. When I used to work there. Then she didnt know how to do her job I was there for 15 mins as she had no clue what she was doing. And continuously, ask questions from other workers so I tried to help her cause she was getting frustrated, then immediately got rude and disrespectful. I will no longer continue to shop there. The fact I have spent so much money there and sold so many things. There is ridiculous to be treated like that. I came there to return that stuff and buy more stuff, but ended up leaving the store.

After reading the other bad reviews of this place, and the fact that they go back for years, with people talking about rude employees, getting ripped-off and disrespected, the place being what obviously looks like a scam, and the items they sell being filthy and damaged....why tf is this place still open? Why do you people keep going there??

I washed and cleaned children clothes 30 pairs of winter outfits, champion outfits for boys 18 months -24 months. 5 pair pants for little girl jeans and cute matching shirts. You all mean to tell me youre going to give me a total of $8!!!! Once upon a child alone charges $8-10 a piece for a pair of good jeans for kids. So you have to be joking! The worst!

Giving 3 stars because I can usually find good deals on clothes and items that are in good condition that we are in need of for my daughter. And now my son. however selling back to the store is an absolute nightmare. My son came out way bigger than expected and we bought a LOT of 0-3 month size clothes from this store that ended up not fitting him. The store wouldnt even buy HALF of them back. Ive had this issue on multiple occasions even with my daughter with clothes i have purchased from the store that were never worn or worn only one time that they would not buy back from us. A lot of name brand clothes even with original tags on them. most of the items I purchased form once upon a child still even have the tag on it!!!! Otherwise we always have a good experience in this store and employees have always been friendly.
