Grifols Bio-Blood Components - Plasma Donation Center

Worst plasma center in Columbus. I went in last week to donate, waited an hour because they were short staffed, then their computers were down. So today I go in, wait an hour and a half before seeing the nurse only to be denied because of a prescription that is NOT on the medication list. Apparently, the owner of this center adds extra rules that are unlisted on their site or on their computer screener and are applicable to that location only. Thanks for wasting my time while you all sit around and gossip all day.

I just called some rude lady I believe she said her name was Aneeta rather be rude and make smart remarks instead of doing her job and just kindly answering my question like I kindly asked her, she was rude and picked up the phone with an attitude from the beginning smh just a shame TERRIBLE customer service was never like that and it's a shame .

Worst plasma center ever...Always understaffed , had to wait an hour to get screened & while we were waiting the staff members were just walking around playing doing NO work while the donors were steadily piling up , this will definitely be my last time donating there...LAME !!!

Staff is rude, place is dirty expect to take all day and to be discriminated against heavily
