        Just unprofessional, they cant get their act together

        They reduced their hours, but apparently they needed some more time off. Closed their doors prior to 3pm on 2/19/22, while multiple people just walked past me waiting at the door. Didnt really need another reason not to go back, but they gave me one anyway. Don't waste your time.

        No one works there. You should never go into a facility, walk into the front desk, and no one be there on a Saturday. When I say I walked behind the front desk and had 2 caprisuns and took a powerade on my way out with no one there. I could have walked into the back closet and taken whatever I want. Completely unacceptable

        Its a very long wait, only worth it if you're a new doner. The employees are as busy as the place is crowded. Only let an experienced person stick you. I once had a guy who didn't stick me properly. I've seen this place change over the years. It takes more than a couple hours just to get in and out.
