        I have been coming here since I was 18. One periocular employee (SH) is always the center of complaints and honestly she's very rough with sticking. On top of that whenever I call for a quick question it's just met with a abrupt dial tone. Never had any complaints besides said employee. (SH)

        The center staff are great. Fast, friendly, effective. But good luck finding a place to park. The lot is always at capacity and neighboring businesses are extremely aggressive about towing people. There is a good chance you just will not be able to park to donate. Have someone drop you off or take the bus and youre golden.

        Real decline in Service in the past 5 Months, Horrible customer service, donors waiting 15 or more mins to be disconnected while employees socialize or stare in to space. I will be finding a new center after donating here since 2015 .
