Never a long wait when it'll be busy. All the employees r very pleasant and nice. Which I love. Never ever had anyone been rude with me.

My son has been working with this bank to get a home equity loan and they continually ask for additional documents, one at a time, instead of all at once. It's extremely frustrating. Once again they are asking for another document. I think that at this point, he is going to do his business somewhere else. Perhaps somewhere that doesn't drive you crazy with constant requests for the same documents. I believe that Underwriting should look at the value of the home and that my son is current on all payments and has great credit. What more will make these people happy?? How many more hoops do they think he should have to jump through before they finally say ok???

Good place
