Seems like our trash people miss our house at least every other week and its a huge inconvenience. Ive had to call numerous times about trash not being collected and its only been after our trash pickup date was changed.

My trash collection days are Wednesday and they did not pick up my trash I called that evening and was told to leave the trash out and someone will pick it up within 24 hours and that did not happen called again on Friday with the same results therefore called again on Monday and was told message would be sent to supervisor and still the trash is sitting out there and its almost Wednesday again. The customer service person said the trash collector said they came by my address and there was no trash out so not only did they not come and pick it up but had the nerve to lie about it. This is sad and poor customer service.

Not sure how hard it is to put the trash can back in front of the house you picked it up from. I have to go on scavenger hunts to find my garbage can. Its absolutely RIDICULOUS! Pick up, dump, put down. HOW much talent do you have to have to do that?! Really!!
