Unprofessional. My bill is outrageous so I called and was on hold for hours listening to the worst elevator music. Tried other departments but they hung up on me and I was even being nice. Got a hold of one lady and told her what happened and if I could talk to a manager and it was quiet....I asked if she was still there and she said, "I'm letting you vent" I said, "I'm not venting, I need a manager or someone from the billing." I was told to go downtown....What if someone can't get downtown? You should be able to talk to someone about the money you are throwing at this company. They claim this is a great place to work, yeah, because you don't.

I have been paying out of the same account for decades. I received a letter saying that my payment was returned for bad account number. I have a confirmation number! They told me I have yo go downtown. To make the payment in person?????

Worst utility company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Impossible to get someone on the phone. SO UNPROFESSIONAL who is in charge of this company? They make me regret buying a house!
