We had a wonderful experience buying our home with Elaine, so when it was time to sell, it was a no brainer that we chose to work with her again! Throughout the process, she continually kept us up to date on current market data, took our input into account, advocated for us, and responded to all correspondence in a timely manner with useful information. Elaine made an intimidating process for a first time seller seamless and stress-free! Elaine is awesome! I couldnt have asked for a better realtor! My whole situation was a little different, but she came in, and took care of everything I needed. She was great in keeping me grounded, and not stressing out too much about the whole thing. Between listing my house, receiving an offer, and officially closing, we were completely done in less than 2 months. She was great to work with, and I cant recommend her enough!

Elaine was always courteous and DID show us what we asked for. I have worked with others that try to push you to what they think you want and usually above your budget. I would whole heartedly recommend her to others moving into or relocating within the area.

Working with Elaine is like working with a great friend and she is definitely a realtor you want in your corner. She is both personable and professional, and was, overall, an absolute pleasure to work with. Shortly after our first meeting, we were already viewing homes. She is very considerate of your budget as well as your likes, dislikes, and "must haves" in a home. Elaine was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns all throughout the house hunting and purchasing process. Not to mention, she helped us set up our house visit immediatly after we said we were interested! She provides great advice to help make a competitive offer, negotiates strongly on your behalf, and is very proactive with ensuring all parts of the purchasing process are completed in a timely manner. Elaine helped to streamline both house hunting and purchasing, despite challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, and was very considerate with health and safety practices (which was very important to me being pregnant during this process). Ultimately, Elaine's wealth of knowledge and experience helped us first-time home buyers to successfully find, negotiate, and close on our new home.
