Horrible. One star isn't even deserved. Maintenence is non existent. No one ever responds. Our basement floods every time it rains because they won't clean the gutters. Can't wait to file that insurance claim tomorrow. Its been 2 months of trying to contact them. We're done.

I live in Stone Bridge plaza in Cleveland and this horrible company put our gym outside my unit. Its absolutely horrible and I am trying to sell my place now. Honestly I am willing to take an enormous loss to get alway from this place because of how unreasonable they have been about my complaints. Today for example someone was deadlifting for a couple of hours and it sounded like it was in my bedroom. Totally unacceptable! Gina the building manager basically says theres nothing we can do about the fact that theres a gym in the common area. Its unbelievable!

Howard hannah took over as my property managers and i paid the old property managers(that they now own) for rent for June, I've been calling and calling leaving voicemails to see what we can do about it since Friday. Ive been getting rude employees and just patched to someones voicemail. With no response or solution to try to fix this before the rent is due/late.

I was a vendor doing work for Howard Hanna in 2021. They still owe me over $3,500.00 of unpaid invoices. I wouldn't buy a dog house from this company
