As a first time Home buyer, I cant say enough good things about Jim Haffey. I did not know Jim at all but from our very first meeting at the first property we looked at, I felt instantly at ease and in good hands. He never ever made me feel rushed to get into any house, and in fact, never made me feel like he would get me into a house that he wouldnt buy himself. We looked at a number of houses and he was always the first to highlight the obvious pros and cons, but also helped me assess a number of more hidden variables I would not have thought about. Having someone not only with his experience but also his honesty, keen eye, and good values definitely made the difference in getting my partner and me the best house we possibly could. When it came time to the offer process, again, Jim was incredibly knowledgeable and helped show us many tips and tricks I never would have known to make the strongest, most competitive offer we could. Honestly, going through the homebuying process with Jim just felt like I was looking at houses with an old friend who was very knowledgeable and had my best interests in mind. We are both very grateful to Jim and all the countless hours of hard work he put in that allowed us to secure our first home. We will definitely be using him in all our future home buying and selling ventures.

Jim Haffey is incredibly resourceful and spent the right amount of time with us as buyers who relocated from across the country. He is insightful, thorough, professional and patient. We enjoyed and appreciated having Jim as our realtor, recommend him wholeheartedly and would absolutely work with him again in the future.

I was passed to Jim by another Agent based on his knowledge about the area I was looking in. From day one Jim was attentive, caring, and passionate about what he was doing. I was looking for a home in Cleveland while living in Southern California, and he was able to do FaceTime tours with me which helped me out a great deal. When I moved to Cleveland he had narrowed the sample size of homes to meet my needs, and I was able to choose something very quickly. He helped negotiate the price with me, and continued to assist with closing items with me out of town since I travel for work. I'm not sure how he was able to do this for me and keep his service levels high for his other clients, but it felt like I was the only person on his list the entire time. Since I purchased my home 15 months ago, he has continually kept in touch to make sure that I was happy, and he communicates what is happening in the Cleveland Real Estate market on a regular basis. I will be using Jim for any home sales/purchases in the future, and I would recommend him to anyone, including friends, family, and people I don't even know. He's the best.

My 3rd Home purchase with Jimmy, this time for a Tudor home in Shaker heights. He was there to answer the tough questions, provided objective and honest advice through the entire process, and worked quickly with all the information I needed so I felt confident when I found a home I was ready to bid on. When it came time for the bidding process, Jimmy really stepped in and was able to help close a fantastic deal for me that appraised at 50,000$ above the closing price.  With so many apps and the internet at our disposal these days, I think the value of a good agent can be downplayed. You can ask yourself, do I really need an agent? There is an art to the closing process that only a good agent can navigate. There are potential pitfalls and hidden gems you would ever consider that a great agent like Jim will remind you of, as he did in this purchase. That is a huge asset to have and I couldn't recommend him enough!
