DREW R VANECK AND ELLEN VANECK OF 1870 REEDS COURT WESTLAKE OHIO 44145 JOANNE WORKS WITH DREW AT WESTWAY REALTY AND DOES SOME OF HIS DIRTY WORK WAS THERE FOR 14 YEARS EVEN DURING THE PANDEMIC NEVER MISSED RENT WHEN I ASK FOR A REFRESH AFTER 14 YEARS I GOT LETTER TO BE OUT AUGUST 31 THAT IS WHEN I STOPED RENT IN 14 YEARS I HAD THE ROOF LEAK ON ME IN BED THE PLACE IS STILL THRE PLUS MORE ALL PICTURES ARE ON FACEBOOK THE RENTAL IS AT 14017 TRISKETT RD CLEVELAND OHIO 44111 ON MAIN STREET ACROSS FROM BAR SUMMER BIKES ARE LOUD NEXT DOOR IS ON THIRD IN A YEAR WAS VACANT WHEN I WAS THERE RENT WAS $595.00 A MONTH DID NOT PAY WATER OR SEWER OR CUT GRASS MY VAN WAS REAR ENDED IN DRIVEWAY AT 1 AM DID NOT GO OUT THOUGHT IT WAS A FIGHT NEXT DAY GOING TO STORE FOUND VAN BACK CAVED IN INSURANCE THINKS IT IS TOTALED HE TOOK MY BOAT AND TRAILER VAENTINA PASS FROM COURT SAID I HAD TILL NOVEMBER 16 BUT BOAT WAS TAKEN BEFORE THAT INSURANCE FARMERS WILL NOT HELP JUST OUT OF MY BOAT I THINK IT IS THEFT BUT INS SAID ON VOICE MAIL I WILL GET A LETTER IF YOU HAVE THEM THINK TWICE SENT FRIEND TO GET TO TAKE ACROSS STREET IF YOU RENT FROM THEM GOD HELP YOU IF YOU NEED MORE INFO ON THEM TELL ME CHRIS BRAGG ALL PICS ARE THERE THEY ARE VERY BAD PEOPLE GOT TO THINKING HE DID NOT START ALL OF THIS TILL I ASK ABOUT BLACK MOLD DO NOT KNOW HOW LONG IT LEAKED ON ME IN BED Chris Bragg SENDING LETTER TO COURT IF YOU BUY FROM THEM WATCH YOURSELF THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE

I bought a house in September 2022 with Helen as my realtor, she was a nice little old lady but I felt she paid more attention to my gentleman friend helping me look. She couldn't even give me a straight number when I asked how much commission she was making off of my purchase, she didn't really care about giving me much advice, seemed like she only cared about closing on the house for her profit. She directed me to loan officer through my bank, which she was very rude and unprofessional to me. The gentleman from the title company they work with was late. She was nice and gave me a gift card and a note after closing and everything went through but I still don't recommend! I wish I would have never purchased the house that I did, it has been a nightmare! Please don't rush buying a house & always do your research!

I texted to them about their listing in Lakewood that I wanted to make an offer but I did not get a response. Later my spouse texted to the same number about the same condo and got a response right away. The only difference in our texts was my name is not a common American name!

Great Store love the newly renovated cases and store arrangement .although there are a new line of products I miss some of the old products but overall good .I used to get 80 CT waste can bags they don't have them anymore .and not crazy about the new mayo .
