Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Complaint 230503-11000494 In early December I received a letter for a trial period to complete before a loan modification would be granted. I completed the period early. I have documented every payment. I was told to wait 30 days for the new loan documents to be sent. I have informed delivery on and the documents were never sent. I confirmed this with their rep SDP. I asked for the tracking number or proof of sending them certified, and he agreed there was none. I was sent to foreclosure in mid April for 'not having the documents notarized and returned'. I've called every 3 days for assistance to be ignored and transferred. Complaint made with CFPB and Attorney General.

These guys are very rude! Least professional representative I have ever seen. I had a phone call and they're like this " so what do you need" no hello, no greetings! I'm surprised!

I would 100% recommend cross country mortgage Jason, Tiffany and Virginia were the most helpful, responsive and knowledgeable loan officers a first time home buyer could ask for. They answered questions within minutes of texting or calling them and responded to emails promptly! When I had given up on my previous mortgage lender with another company they came in and saved the day to get us the BEST deal on a mortgage!

Cross Country Mortgage You are AWFUL!!! Trying to tell someone in order to get the loan for the house they are buying the person selling it has to paint a shed, front of the house and whatever else???!!! The people selling the house are selling it AS IS!!! Do you not understand AS IS???!!!! Thats ok cause the person trying to buy the house has been given instructions to get an attorney.

I had the worst experience working with Shireen shackelford ever. First no communication what so ever. It took her two months to tell me how much % to put down payment. Finally I have to switch lender . I dont recommend cross country mortgage.
