It really was luck that I found James through Zillow. He was the first Mortgage officer I spoke with, but from day 1 he was attentive, professional, listened to my needs and executed my loan in a timely and accurate manor. The team that worked with me to make my family's dream become a reality were all real helpful, professional and very clear in the instructions provided since day one, until closing. Special mention to Andres Rico, who was my initial contact with CCM. Andres made sure to answer every question I had and was very easy to reach along the process.I felt him more as a friend trying to help me complete and most importantly understand every step of the process.
