Sorry guys this happened to me with Dollar Bank at this Public Square location. Found two overdraft fee of $36 each on my account. After showing them the proof there was only one charge using my debit card they wouldn't return my other overdraft fee. I have been cordial with them through out the process. They still wouldn't consider my patronage with them one bit. They literally have my money and wouldn't want to repay. The manager promised to call me today with the outcome. After spending so much time at their branch and knowing how important this was they didn't call me back. I have to call them back to find out. This is so unacceptable. Again I don't want to say but they played games with me.. Don't make mistake. They are commercial institution and is there to make money. No need to make any small talk inquiring how each other are doing. Just remember this scenario although is not pertaining to my case here. If there are two charges to the account one for $50 and one for $100 and the account balance is $50. Guess what. They will apply $100 first and make you overdraft and apply $50 next and charge you another overdraft. How do you explain this as customer friendly? Anyway I feel what happened to me is not right and hope others get much better resolution and prompt communicative customer service when found in difficult situations.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful this is a really great bank. Full of fantastic people who care about people. They explain things very well so there's never any confusion. Just excellent service all the way around. Plus there security guy is very kind. He always makes my kids smile. They all make every visit personal.
