        I have never had a problem with this bank or it's employees. They always greet me with a smile and they take care of my questions and help me with any of my issues.

        As others have said, this isn't a real bank branch. I'm not sure why they exist other than for people who won't use the phone or internet. I arrived at 12:40, apparently during the ONE teller's lunch break. There were at least two others working there, but they apparently couldn't help me close a CD. They told me to either come back when the teller returned, or go to their "traditional location" in Kamm's.
