image More construction then let on - no lights in the corridors, floors of the ballrooms disintegrating and get all over your things, clothes, food. Hotel makes it difficult to review on their website and do not respond timely. Change of reservation less than 24 hours notice.

image Cant be more central downtown Cleveland than this! Extra large 2 BR suites with living room and kitchen.
Rooms: We had a huge 2 BR 2 BA suite with living room and kitchen. Great accommodations for 4 of us. View was of a roof but we didnt care.
Walkability: Right across a large parking lot from Rocket Mortgage Stadium.
Noteworthy details: Attached to a glass domed arcade. Beautiful.
Parked 2 doors down for $28 vs $48 or more at the hotel.

image I was planning on having a wedding ceremony here. Met with the sales associate Ashley.Talked more then once. Shared emails. Meet up to look at the venue. Was shown two rooms where I could have my ceremony. We told her what we wanted. One room was even set up with chairs to see how we wanted it. Everything went fine. The sales associate was suppose to send an email confirming Everything. Heard Nothing that day. Weekend approaches. Monday nothing. Tuesday Nothing. No follow-up at all. I decided to call to see what was going on. She literally disappeared. I got a phone call back from Tricia Kipp she says that she was the Sales manager and that the sales associate was no longer available. She haven't been to work due to personal reasons. But Ashley is the person I have been dealing with and knows Everything so this is who I want to continue to work with. Then she proceeds to tell me, you will no longer be working with her anymore. She will not be working on this event with you. You won't be speaking with her ever again. I'm so confused so I asked does she not work there anymore and she says I'm not saying that. I'm saying that you will no longer be talking to her. I am the manager and Ashley was not authorized to tell you that we could allow you to use any of our rooms. She tells me we can't help you. This place is not available that day.
We have basketball players coming in staying at the hotel and they paid alot money to use their space. Even though she wasn't sure if they were going to use the room I wanted to use. I still couldn't use it until she knows for sure that they don't need it. I only asked to use the room for one hour for my Ceremony. No Reception! She says the rooms she showed you is not even available. But the one I like most is avaliable. The players had all the other conference rooms booked. Entire floors. The hotel rooms our guest needed is not avaliable. She said but I can pay for a conference room that I haven't seen and couldn't see, for a certain amount and then she will look into seeing if I can use the original room that I wanted but I wouldn't know if I could use it until 4 days before the ceremony. I couldn't come and set up or anything the day before the wedding. This is the place I wanted my ceremony so I agreed that I would move forward hoping that I could still get the room of my choice. Tricia Kipp said she would send me an email confirming everything. Payment and contract. I have yet to receive the email. I haven't received anything! It's just sad how this person treated me for my ceremony... I couldn't do anything but cry! I'm still Looking for a place to have my ceremony. We were so excited after seeing the venue and confirming everything with Ashley we made flyers and sent them to our guests. Now we have to relocate and find something else. I'm so overwhelmed and disappointed.
Update..... Its now Mar. 18th... I just received my email that I been waiting on from Tricia Kipp. It has been almost a week since she said she was sending it to me that day. There has been no communication no update. This is the contract and payment I'm suppose to sign. Remember without knowing which venue I can use but they want me to send my money. Clearly they only care about MONEY! My ceremony is in 18 days. I met with Ashley Frisco March 8th. This is completely unacceptable. I guess after I left my review about how rude and inconsiderate they were she sends me the contract. When booking an event here make sure you speak to the right person with the right information, clearly not everyone knows how to do their job!
