I wanted to add my wife to the account, the clerk went to ask the 'banker' if he was available. Instead of acting in a professional manner, he decided to have a micro outburst and sternly told the poor lady no and they need to make an appointment. After seeing this poor display to wanting to assist me and my wife, I closed my account. I completely understand it was 445, but to not want to help and rudely talk to another employee openly about how it was bothersome to assist us. I would also like to mention there was multiple 'bankers' available and waiting for appointments. Everyone else was kind and professional another banker(only one helping a customer) mentioned it would take 30-45 minutes. Which would have been fine if it was communicated to us in the first place, instead of how it was handled.

Friendly staff. Typically busy, so plan accordingly and schedule an appointment if you're not completing a simple task (withdrawing/depositing, etc). I've had a wonderful experience with this branch in particular. Thank you for always being so kind and helpful!

Esta sucursal deberan de cerrarla y que dios me perdone un trato para nada agradable y encima de todo racistas una sola seora fue la que me atendi bien, y fue porque la mandaron a buscar , la seora financiera de all cuando llegue se estaba arreglando las uas y dijo que no tena tiempo para atenderme me fui de alli super decepcionada . No lo recomiendo para nada. Esta sucursal no sirve.
