June 2023 Recent Experience. DO NOT lease here unless you want to be sleeping with large Asian roaches! Apartment is falling apart, leasing office is nice and responsive when youre leasing but not sympathetic at all the Pest problem that is absolutely out of control! The water from the pipes has a bad odor and taste. Take your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache! Mentally this is straining me knowing that these large roaches are crawling around my apartment. Get out while you can! 12931 Shaker Blvd

Do NOT rent from them. Unprepared leaks, mold, constantly broken laundry. Old management Co was so much more efficient. Repairmen are courteous and excellent. This MGMT Co is useless. Do not allow your students to rent from them. 3/28/23 This leak is still not repaired.

Been a tenant for a year they dont take care of work orders. They also promise providing service but dont. Neighbors sit trash out in the hallways dont waste your time

I'm not a resident of theirs just yet, but I was very pleased with how cooperative their leasing office management was with my requests and questions. I would definitely reach out to them again if I'm ever in the market for a new apartment.

Former tenant. extremely hard to get a hold of anyone. vague answers to questions or just ignored. Work orders don't get fulfilled. Don't rent here if you have other options.
