Nice place to the call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day.I love the convenience of the elevator and parking and convenient to the RTA station.Nice view of sunset at the roof top.

I lived in on the 7th floor for 2 years. Reasonably clean, well priced and convinient. I got used to the sound of the rta passing by. My only complaint: the sound of the heating system. Every day in the winter it sounds like someone is banging on the pipes with a hammer. It can be shut off, but then you have no heat. I then moved to the other building on the 4th floor. No noise problems there, but a new problem: large roaches. I'd catch at least one a week in my apartment. One evening in particular I caught dozens of them emerging from the kitchen like some biblical plague. I was told this problem is more common the closer you are to the ground floor, I never saw them in the 7th floor apartment.

Recent Experience. DO NOT lease here unless you want to be sleeping with large Asian roaches! Apartment is falling apart, leasing office is nice and responsive when youre leasing but not sympathetic at all the Pest problem that is absolutely out of control! The water from the pipes has a bad odor and taste. Take your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache! Get out while you can Update: This is not a safe space for single ladies, or female students. Maintenance workers will try to tenant blame for their issues and look for any excuse to not do their JOB. Of course maintenance workers are not the best and brightest but to be spoken to so abrasively which such attitude when you are paying to live here is beyond. One particular very tall man has to be over 300 pounds is now lying and said I pushed him out of my apartment because I didnt bow down when he starting showing me attitude and giving me lame excuses. Maintenance will not respect your home and put things back as they should.I am a small Asian female really? Save yourself the heartache and the drama you will never be able to fully rest in your home. Not a place for a working professional at ALL.
