This review is really just about the associate Steven. I don't want to say exactly how he exceeded my expectations with his customer service simply because I don't want people to expect him to do that all the time. But he was so patient and willing to help with every step of the process that my fianc and I were equally happy with our purchase and to have met him. Awesome guy

We recently bought a base and a mattress from this store. One of the delivery men took the brand new base - which we have paid 3,000 with the mattress - on the floor of my garage which is under construction. When I complained to him, he dragged the brand new base on the floor to place it back on the box damaging its side. The fabric of the base became a mess as well. When I asked the delivery men to give me a phone number to file a complaint and request an exchange, the two young men had an argument outside my house and then they just disappeared. I called the manager of this store, who told me that he could not find any information to help me file a complaint against the two delivery men. The most unacceptable thing is that the two men were yelling and arguing in my front yard. Thankfully, I was given a customer service number and the company will exchange the base. However, we went through enormous stress having two men we dont know arguing outside our house. We are not pleased at all we cant find anyone at this store willing to help us locate these people and file a complaint. We will have to report the case to the better business bureau. It is pity though because our experience the first time at this store was great and the bed seems to be very comfortable but we did not even had the chance to try it yet.
