Terrible bank. This branch especially. You want to speak with a banker? Good luck, itll be a week before youre able to sit down and have a conversation with them because they require an appointment for every mundane thing. They dont do their jobs, and most certainly do not help out their tellers.
You want to see the branch manager? Good luck with that, shes too busy to see ANYONE. Sitting in her office all day doing absolutely nothing.
The only real workers of that branch is the teller line. Everyone else who works there is terrible and shouldnt be in customer service.

Terrible customer experience. Nobody greets you when you walk in or asks how they can help and the staff appears to busy to assist with even basic questions. In addition, an appointment is needed to speak to a banker for anything other than a deposit or withdraw. Do not recommend putting your money in this bank.
