      image No drive thru, so you have to go inside-if you park in the back lot, its a maze to get the front of the building to find the bank. Staff is pleasant but not super impressive.

      image Some of my worst banking experience with banking have occurred at the Chardon branch of Chase they have their own rules that change daily, shabby looking staff not well educated it seems match the branch looks good place to avoid if you are a savvy client, everyone at this place is daff will have you chewing your teeth. Staff here match the farmers of Geauga Co, not much of a education low morale
