        I have called the branch seven times since June to get an issue resolved with an account. I have called during business hours and every time I get a recording that they can't answer the phone, to leave my name and number and they will call me back. It is now July 6th and they have never called me back. Apparently you don't want my business.

        A bank is a greedy business so here how they did me I have an account that is now discontinued but when I was in the branch get my accounts in order because my son was in an unfortunate accident and is now paralyzed as I told the bankers who never once told me that my account could be switched to a hassle free checking account to avoid fees and my account wasnt available technically any more but they knew I was dealing with a a very hard situation and they knew I mostly Likely make a mistake consoling how much time I spend at hospital trying to take care of my son plus I work so Im up 18 a day so they purposely keep my on a account that would charge me a fee instead of switching to an account that would-not charge me a fee. Greedy banks taking money from a women who has disabled child and they know it
