I have no experience with the banking side, but if you are looking to get a construction loan, don't walk... run away! I worked with Anthony Mattioli for 6 MONTHS. He told us what we needed to do, including selling our current home. We did everything we were told to do, Anthony started stalling and taking forever to do things. Finally, our loan goes to committee. It is denied. He tells me they didn't like that i was going from an hourly postiton to a salary position in the middle of the process.. it looked suspicious.  I told him i would get documentation of what was going on. He acted like it didn't matter. I then spoke to Dan Eshler. He told me he would rework the loan and asked if we could put more money down.. we said yes. This was never even offered as a possibility for fixing the problem before. The next week it is denied again for not having enough money in the bank for reserve... which was NEVER mentioned as a problem before. So now i have wasted 6 months and sold my house for nothing.  Way to go guys! All they could tell me was they didn't want to put me in a bad spot... as if selling my house to do this hasn't put me in a bad spot.
