I have tried twice sense the pandemic began to go to the drive up on 62 in Canton, Ohio & both times it says they are open but when I push the button at the drive-through no one answers. First time was at 4:00pm and today was at 1:00.

NOT a business bank! Every time I go there with a simple deposit, it's a new adventure. Yesterday they couldn't do our deposit. Couldn't get one of the checks to scan. They knew all the numbers were correct, but couldn't complete this simple task! Then there is the attitude you have to deal with. As if it's your fault that a BANK can't do a deposit! Our business really needs to make some changes! BTW, the next morning the Whipple branch did the same deposit in minutes. No issues.
